Once you have the Wave Beam, you can enter the observatory and fight your way to the main chamber.

    How to Obtain Super Missiles

    Once you have the Wave Beam upgrade from the adult Sheegoth, you can access the observatory in Phendrana Drifts. Once inside, you will need to backtrack and obtain the Space Jump upgrade before you can ascend the observatory. You will also need to defeat all of the Space Pirates in the observatory before you can progress. Once all the enemies are defeated, you can roll into Morph Ball slots and bomb them to power up the room. Finally, you can ascend the observatory and obtain the Super Missiles.
