Acquiring Hide Shoulders Cosmetic Collectible
The Hide Shoulders cosmetic collectible can be acquired by purchasing it from the Impresario Event Vendor. The Impresario is a limited-time seasonal event vendor that appears outside Daggerfall in Glenumbra, Davon's Watch in Stonefalls, and Vulkhel Guard in Auridon. Starting with update 37, the Impresario will carry the Hide Shoulders cosmetic collectible.
Once you have acquired the collectible, head over to any Outfit Station in the world and choose the "Change Outfit" option. From there, select the "Shoulder" tab and you will see the Hide Shoulders option. Select this option and you will now be able to hide your character's shoulders.
