The much anticipated Diablo IV is almost upon us, and players are eager to experience all the new and exciting features. One of the most common features in video games is the ability to skip cutscenes. In Diablo IV, this can be done by pressing and holding the ESC key on PC, the Circle button on PlayStation, or the B button on Xbox. Unfortunately, this feature is currently bugged and does not work as intended.
How to Skip Cutscenes
To skip cutscenes in Diablo IV, press and hold the ESC key on PC, the Circle button on PlayStation, or the B button on Xbox. Unfortunately, this feature is currently bugged and does not work as intended. Pressing the button brings up the skip prompt, but it does not skip the cutscene. Holding the button does not work either.
Why Can’t I Skip Cutscenes
The bug that prevents cutscenes from being skipped is likely due to the game being in beta. This bug also affects conversations, making it difficult to progress past certain points in the game. Until the bug is fixed, you must wait and watch the cutscenes.
