The Peng Treasure can be found inChapter 11: Alternate Solutions. When you exit the lift going towards Engage the Cargo Crane, you will see a locker to the right of Isaac's locker. There will be a flickering light indicating the location of the Peng Treasure. To get to the treasure, you will have to move some Kinesis crates that are blocking it. Once you move the crates, you can open the locker and collect the Peng Treasure.
