This Energy Mix is the basic version that you can craft with ingredients found around the island. You’ll need Arrowleaf and Chicory. Arrowleaf is a characteristic plant of the island, with broad, arrow-shaped leaves. It can be found in damp, shaded areas and along streams. Chicory, on the other hand, is a root-like weed that grows in dry soil and sunny areas.

For the better version - Energy Mix+ - you need Chicory, Fireweed and Devil’s Club. Fireweed is a tall, flowering plant with a reddish-purple colour. It can be found in open, grassy areas and meadows. Devil’s Club is a thorny shrub found in damp, shaded areas, such as near streams and rivers.
